- Once a project has started or materials have been procured, advance payments may be non-refundable.
- Any approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
2. Returns
- Since most of our work is custom carpentry and furniture, returns are generally not applicable.
- If a product or service does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us immediately, and we will work to correct the issue.
3. Service Issues
- If you experience any problems with our services, please notify us within 7 days of completion.
- We will assess the issue and provide solutions, including adjustments, repairs, or in rare cases, partial refunds.
