  • Refunds are considered only for services that are canceled before the work has commenced.
  • Once a project has started or materials have been procured, advance payments may be non-refundable.
  • Any approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

2. Returns

  • Since most of our work is custom carpentry and furniture, returns are generally not applicable.
  • If a product or service does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us immediately, and we will work to correct the issue.

3. Service Issues

  • If you experience any problems with our services, please notify us within 7 days of completion.
  • We will assess the issue and provide solutions, including adjustments, repairs, or in rare cases, partial refunds.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Service cancellations must be communicated in advance.
  • Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the project stage and expenses incurred.
